- Got a conservatory? Add £6 per clean for its windows and doors. The roof is not included — that is a separate service, priced on its own.
- A one-off clean is 2× the 12-weekly price. Regular visits work out cheaper every time.
- Bungalows and townhouses are priced on their terraced/semi/detached shape.
- Larger or unusual properties are priced individually — start a quote and we will pick it up from there.

- Both include clearing every gutter and checking the downpipes, and the fascia, soffit & gutter clean includes cleaning all your windows and doors. Work out yours on the roofline page.
- Conservatory roofs are £12 per roof panel, from 8 panels upwards, plus £10 per side if you want the conservatory windows and doors doing too — price yours here.
- Driveways and patios are £4.50 per m², or £5.50 per m² including kiln-dried re-sanding. Minimum £120 and £150 — measure yours here.
