- A one-off clean is 2× the 12-weekly price. Regular visits work out cheaper every time.
- Bungalows and townhouses are priced on their terraced/semi/detached shape.
- Larger or unusual properties are priced individually — start a quote and we will pick it up from there.

- Both include clearing every gutter and checking the downpipes. Get an exact price on theroofline page.
- Conservatory roofs are £12per roof panel, from 8 panels upwards, plus £10 per side if you want the conservatory windows and doors doing too —price yours here.
- Driveways and patios are £4.50per m², or £5.50 per m² including kiln-dried re-sanding. Minimum £120and £150 —measure yours here.
