What happens on the day

Measure & Quote
We first inspect your misted, blown or damaged double-glazed unit and take accurate measurements of the existing glass. We’ll then provide a clear quote for replacing the glass while keeping your existing uPVC window frame.

Your New Glass Is Ordered
Once you’re happy to go ahead, your new double-glazed sealed unit is ordered to the correct size and specification. When it’s ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient date for installation.

Old Glass Removed
On the day of installation, we carefully remove the existing glazing beads and take out the failed, misted or cracked glass unit, taking care to protect your existing uPVC frame.

New Double-Glazed Unit Fitted
Your new sealed glass unit is carefully installed into the existing window frame, correctly positioned and secured before the glazing beads are refitted.

Clean & Final Check
Once fitted, we clean the new glass and surrounding frame and carry out a final check to make sure everything is secure and finished neatly.

Approval & Payment
We’ll ask you to inspect the finished replacement and make sure you’re 100% happy with the work. Payment is then taken once the job has been completed.
